In addition there are eight Project Management
Departments staffed by 152 employees, six of whom have senior
professional management qualisfications and fifteen of whom
have professional middle management qualifications.
The company also draws on the professional
skills of a number of overseas professionals which are accessed
through the foreign joint venture partnership.
With management personnel possessing broad
and extensive experience and expertise in design, construction
and business, with support from the senior overseas professionals
and through the high calibre of its employees, the company
has a solid base from which to efficiently and effectively
direct its operations in a highly competitive market.
Dragon International Design and Construction and Australia-based ACX (Asia) Project Management Pty Ltd have
a mutual share holding agreement which facilitates the provision
of project management services for operations outside China.
This arrangement means that state-of-the-art consulting and
design services of the highest international standard are
also available to the company for domestic projects.
Since its incorporation this company has
undertaken a number of overseas projects which include the
AZADI Grand Hotel (5 star) in Iran, the Hilton Hotel in Mongolia
and the redevelopment project of Great Keppel Island, Australia.
